What kinds of problems do you solve?
Operational IT problems that cross systems: manual handoffs, re-keyed data, approvals that live in email, reports built by hand, and legacy systems that no longer fit the work. We design and build the connections, automations, assistants and dashboards that fix them.
Do you work with government agencies?
Yes. Our engagements are structured for fixed-scope purchase orders and subcontracts, with written deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria. The Capabilities page lists the details procurement teams usually ask for, and we are glad to answer anything else directly.
How is pricing structured?
Defined projects are fixed-price, quoted in writing after a short discovery conversation. Ongoing support is a predictable monthly retainer. Typical ranges are listed on each service page, and you never pay for surprise hours.
Who owns the work you build?
You do. Code, configuration, documentation and data belong to your organization, and we build in your accounts and repositories wherever possible so there is no lock-in.
Do you use AI, and is it safe for sensitive work?
We use AI where it measurably helps and where the risk is manageable, always with human approval on consequential actions and full logging. When a simple rule-based automation is the better answer, we recommend that instead.
